What is leadership and why does it matter?

What does it mean to be a leader? Am I qualified, does leadership matter in my life?

What is leadershipWhen I first was introduce to the-life-business.com and the-team.biz these questions ran around my head. Why would an auto mechanic and a day-care provider need leadership and life coaching in our lives?

Everyone is called upon to be a leader sometime during the course of their life. Listen to Chris Brady bring a dynamic talk on what a true leader really is! Leadership is about making a difference, small or large, in the moment, or in the future. Take initiative and become a true LEADER!!

Enjoy the video from leadership expert and founder of LIFE Chris Brady!

It’s funny how so many people don’t believe that, but when you asked them what they do for a living they respond with jobs like Parent, Teacher, Manager, Self-Employed, or any other job where they work with people and are in charge of….something/anything. It took me a long time to realize that leadership isn’t a destination, it’s a journey. Everyone is called upon to be a leader sometime, no matter what else you happen to be doing at the time.
Thank God I found a leadership system that allows me to learn from the best Leaders in the land!

  4. A leader is someone who longs to do what it takes to make this world a better place. It begins with having the courage to look inside ourselves at the areas we personally need to grow in. Then to find and invest in the right materials that will help us grow in those areas. Doing all this in a loving, accepting community of like minded growing leaders is the ultimate recipe for success!
